The location is fantastic super close to the action. The super nice team and friendly. The room layout was fantastic I loved having a shower and bath in a wet room.
The staff was probably the worst i had to deal with especially the male staff. They seemed pretentious and slightly condescending. It was like i was wasting their time and they provided no help for luggage and private transportation like taxis.

the location was very nice near the shibuya train station i could walk everywhere the beautiful room was very spacious i found so many places to relax and eat without going far the amenities were lovely and the staff was kind.
hallways were a bit dim.

Location was acceptable because the station was attached by a walkway.
The standard room proved small given the price. The double bed was pushed against the wall. Thus, one person couldn't get in or out easily. I know space is constrained but I stayed in a better hotel for a similar price.

The location IS good. Easy access to transport is available. The staff managed to forward our luggage to our next destination. The room has free toiletries. I liked that.
The standard room IS small. It felt really expensive for what we got. The room service finished early at 9pm. Breakfast finished before 10am. This was not ideal.
