Satisfactory Stay Near Shibuya Station
convenient location friendly staff dining options small room complex check-in early closure
The hotel is conveniently located above the station. This made getting around quite easy. The staff was friendly and also helpful (I appreciated their assistance with directions). The room I had included several dining options on the lower levels.
My room felt rather small for the price I paid.

fantastic location wet room poor service taxi access
The location is fantastic super close to the action. The super nice team and friendly. The room layout was fantastic I loved having a shower and bath in a wet room.
The staff was probably the worst i had to deal with especially the male staff. They seemed pretentious and slightly condescending. It was like i was wasting their time and they provided no help for luggage and private transportation like taxis.

small room double bed
Location was acceptable because the station was attached by a walkway.
The standard room proved small given the price. The double bed was pushed against the wall. Thus, one person couldn't get in or out easily. I know space is constrained but I stayed in a better hotel for a similar price.

A decent place, but expensive
good location easy access helpful staff small room expensive price early service
The location IS good. Easy access to transport is available. The staff managed to forward our luggage to our next destination. The room has free toiletries. I liked that.
The standard room IS small. It felt really expensive for what we got. The room service finished early at 9pm. Breakfast finished before 10am. This was not ideal.
