quiet room effortless travel thoughtful touch

The location was convenient, nestled directly within the station building. this made travel around the city effortless, and the hotel room remained surprisingly quiet. i appreciated the unlimited water bottles provided by the robot. Such a thoughtful touch, and the room offered a nice street view.

fantastic location wet room poor service taxi access

The location is fantastic super close to the action. The super nice team and friendly. The room layout was fantastic I loved having a shower and bath in a wet room.

The staff was probably the worst i had to deal with especially the male staff. They seemed pretentious and slightly condescending. It reminded me of i was wasting their time and they provided no help for luggage and private transportation like taxis.

sweet refuge in the heart of the city

very nice location beautiful room lovely amenities kind staff

the location was very nice near the shibuya train station i could walk everywhere the beautiful room was very spacious i found so many places to relax and eat without going far the amenities were lovely and the staff was kind.

hallways were a bit dim.

Location was acceptable because the station was attached by a walkway.

The standard room proved small given the price. The double bed was pushed against the wall. Thus, one person couldn't get in or out easily. I know space is constrained but I stayed in a better hotel for a similar price.

The location IS good. Easy access to transport is available. The staff managed to forward our luggage to our next destination. The room has free toiletries. I liked that.

The standard room IS small. It felt really expensive for what we got. The room service finished early at 9pm. Breakfast finished before 10am. This was not ideal.
